INGREDIENTS
A handful of Chinese Kale
Chopped garlic
5 sichuan peppercorn
Salt and pepper
STEPS
On medium heat, add oil
Add garlic and salt
Add sichuan peppercorn
Cook until you can smell a strong peppercorn scent
Add in kale and stir until cooked
